Who Builds Your Architecture (WBYA?)

Who Builds Your Architecture (WBYA?)

Who Builds Your Architecture (WBYA?) "is a coalition of architects, activists, scholars, and educators that tackles the pressing question: who builds your architecture? We examine the links between labor, architecture, migration, and the global networks that form around building buildings. As architectural projects unfold around the globe, and as architects from the US increasingly work abroad, WBYA? explores the ethical, social, and political questions that emerge under these circumstances. From workers’ rights to construction practices to design processes to new technologies WBYA? investigates what the role of architecture is in our built environment—and what it could be."
