RE—SET—GO

RE—SET—GO

RE—SET—GO is an accessible, hands-on, paid workplace experience and mentoring programme established with the mission of diversifying architecture practices. The pilot phase of the programme provided more than 130 individuals from under-represented backgrounds experience, skills and connections to prepare for employment in architecture practice. In the pilot phase 79.5% of participants identified as female or non-binary, and 77% of participants identified as Black, Asian or multi-ethnic. RE—SET—GO continues to make space for excluded voices and pilot ways to build more progressive and representative architectural communities.
