GenderArchland is “a network in the German-speaking area that represents gender perspectives in spatial planning and the corresponding gender competencies in the planning, drafting, design disciplines and engineering. The group is focused on networking, i.e. offering and maintaining, expanding and strengthening a lively network in teaching, research and practice. [They] provide impulses for research and initiate collaborations between partners between science and planning practice....[by] enabl[ing] exchange and collaboration among active colleagues and promote young scientists, for example by involving newly appointed colleagues or doctoral workshops. [They] are creating a knowledge platform for everyone who is interested in planning, designing and designing a gender-equitable environment.”
