The Lahore Woman & City gathering is part of FSP International Solidarity, a global initiative connecting feminist spatial practices through locally led events that foster collective learning and transnational exchange. Organized by Women in Architecture Pakistan, the two-day programme brings together architects, researchers, students, and practitioners to explore gendered urban experiences through keynote talks, panel discussions, a Feminist Spatial Justice Walk, and a collaborative mapping workshop. Situated within Lahore’s historic and contemporary urban contexts, the event adopts embodied feminist methods to examine women’s mobility, safety, economic participation, and informal spatial networks. Participants engage directly with the city through guided fieldwork and translate lived observations into layered maps, diagrams, and visual research outputs. These collective artefacts contribute to broader international conversations on spatial justice while foregrounding local realities. Through dialogue, walking, mapping, and reflection, the Lahore event positions feminist spatial practice as both a critical framework and a practical tool for advancing more inclusive urban futures, aligned with the wider aims of FSP International Solidarity
